Community Information Session (Central and Northern Suburbs)
Council has prepared a new planning scheme, Ipswich Plan 2024, to help us plan for our growing and changing city over the next 20 years.
The new planning scheme has some parts which are different to the current scheme. This may affect your property in a different way in the future.
What is this session about?
This session will focus on providing more information on the Flood Risk and Overland Flow components of the planning scheme, but depending on community questions, the content may be broadened to suit.
Information will be targeted to the affects in the Central and Northern suburbs* area, however, any resident from any part of Ipswich may attend.
You can submit a question prior to the information session when you register below.
There will also be the opportunity to speak with council officers at the session if you have specific questions about the planning scheme or your property.
