The Ipswich Arts Advisory Group (IAAG) is hosting a Creative Community Group Expo as part of the summit.
Registering to have a booth at the expo will give your group an opportunity to sign up new members, share how people can experience your activities or connect with other like-minded groups for future collaborations.
IAAG can also provide 15 minutes of stage time for a small selection of your group to perform.

Through Shape Your Ipswich, Council is seeking community feedback on a range of projects, services and subjects. Your feedback will be managed by Council and its contracted service provider, Social Pinpoint.
From time to time, your personal information may be made available to other consultant companies employed by Council and/or employees of Ipswich City Council. Council will provide details on the identities of contracted consultant companies where this applies.
As far as practicable, we will collect personal information directly from you. In certain circumstances we may collect your personal information from a third party; for example, if you are a minor – from a parent or guardian.

Council wants to hear from the whole community and we collect this information to help inform decision making. The intent of the Shape Your Ipswich information collection is to identify gaps in community representation and to encourage more inclusive engagement. In turn, this will inform Council policies, services and programs that will align with the diversity of our community.
Shape Your Ipswich will send information and updates about the projects discussed on this site to the email address you provide.
The Shape Your Ipswich newsletter will be e-mailed quarterly.
At any time you can unsubscribe from receiving updates via the newsletter by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
Comments provided to Shape Your Ipswich are moderated by Ipswich City Council. We do this to create a productive and safe environment where people can get involved with the issue and each other without feeling bullied, harassed or intimidated.

When you register for a user account and participate in the Shape Your Ipswich consultations you provide Council with two types of personal information.
Publicly available information is limited to your screen name and any comments you leave under that name in the forums or other tools on the site.
You are able to choose a screen name that does not personally identify you to other participants.
After the consultation period has ended, Council will publish reports that may incorporate community feedback and the results of polls and surveys. As appropriate, selected quotes or comments from surveys may be included in the reports. None of the selected material will be attributed to identifiable individuals.
Council protects your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification and disclosure, and any other misuse. Council stores the personal information it collects in secure locations and databases located in Australia.

Occasionally Ipswich City Council may include links to third party sites on a Shape Your Ipswich project page. These can either be contract consultations and/or expert information services on a particular topic. Council will clearly identify when a link is to a third party site. These third parties have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
Your participation on the Shape Your Ipswich digital engagement platform is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Statement.
At any time, you may close your Shape Your Ipswich account or request deletion of the personal information we hold, by emailing communityengagement@ipswich.qld.gov.au.

By accessing and using this site, you are choosing to accept and comply with the Terms presented throughout this agreement as well as the Privacy Statement and Moderation Statement. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of this site. Linked sites, affiliated services or third party content or software have their own Terms that you must comply with. Can your account be suspended or terminated?

Council, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, licensors and other partners are not responsible for any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising from a breach of this agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
What content do we own?
The site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) of the Council and its suppliers and licensors. The Council owns and retain all proprietary rights in the intellectual property. All intellectual property in the content of this site including without limitation to text, software, source code, pages, documents and online graphics, photographs, sounds, audio, video and other interactive features are owned by or licensed to us.
Any original content that you submit or post on our site may be made available to the public and allows users to share your content (with the end user acknowledging your contribution) under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 Australian License.
Except for Intellectual Property which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, alter, transmit, sell, distribute any of the Intellectual Property.
We are not responsible for your communications or dealings, including payment and delivery of goods or services, with a third party found via our website. Any loss or damage incurred from those communications or dealings are solely between the user and the third party.
Disclaimer and Warranties
Users must agree that you use of the site is at your own risk. We make no warranty that the site will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free.
