The iGO Transport Plan is being reviewed to ensure council’s transport planning activities respond to current, emerging and future opportunities and challenges.

In late 2022 and early 2023, the Ipswich community shared their feedback on key transport themes and mapped their experiences on the interactive map. This feedback, along with other consultation done as part of Phase 1 of the project, has now been collated. To view this feedback click here.

After considering the feedback received so far, we have developed a new draft vision for transport in Ipswich and identified objectives in line with the key themes in iFuture, Council's corporate plan.

We now want to check in with you to see if we have correctly captured your feedback in the new draft vision and objectives for transport within our city.
